Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. The item must be:

  • Unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (Order ID or receipt).

Refunds
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-8 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse.
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Digital products or software.

Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.
